विक्रेता के नाम एक दो-टूक बयान काफ़ी है: नमूना फ़ॉर्म मौजूद है, पर कोई भी साफ़ वाक्य गिनती में आता है। कोई वजह बताने की ज़रूरत नहीं। प्राप्ति की रसीद सँभालें: यह साबित करने का बोझ आप पर है कि आपने यह हक़ इस्तेमाल किया।

ऑनलाइन, फ़ोन पर या आपके दरवाज़े पर की गई ख़रीद के लिए आप 14 दिन के भीतर करार रद्द कर सकते हैं, कोई सफ़ाई दिए बिना। सामान के मामले में मियाद सुपुर्दगी की तारीख़ से चलती है; सेवाओं के मामले में उस दिन से जिस दिन करार तय हुआ।
