   If the trader stands firm

   For a dispute with a trader established in another Union country, the European Consumer Centres Network provides the practical assistance the Regulation provides for: analysis of the file, contact with the trader, referral to the competent body.

3. The national bodies in charge of geo-blocking

   To stop the practice

   Each Member State has designated its enforcement and assistance bodies for this Regulation. The European Commission publishes their list, country by country: that is where a persistent practice gets reported, with your exhibits.
